HI-TECH Removale insulation covers / Dg Engine Exhaust Insulation, are designed to withstand harsh condition, including temperatures up to 1650oC. These insulation covers prevents 80% heat loss and maintain constant inside pipe temperature. They eliminate the need to re-insulate the heat generating equipments / hot pipes for routine maintenance or during repairing. These have multi-layer type of construction with acoustic and thermal insulation fills, ancapsulated with vibration and heat resistant technical fabrics and wire reinforcements. These are removable having closure systems include velcro, lacing anchors, grommets, belts/straps, capstans and springs. These covers designed as per ASTIM standards confirming ti MIL STD 769 and API 611 standards
